Our Story

Real estate has been in our family for generations. Holly’s parents began their careers in the industry in the 1960s, and in 1989, Holly officially joined them in the family business. What started as a “temporary” receptionist role soon turned into a lifelong passion. Over the past 35+ years, she has built a reputation as a trusted Realtor known for her family values, dedication to clients, and commitment to the community.

For Holly, real estate was never just about houses; it has always been about people, families, and the impact that homeownership has on their lives. Over the decades, she’s guided multiple generations of families through their real estate journeys, often working with grandparents, parents, and now their children.

Morgan grew up immersed in that world. From the time she was a baby, she spent her days in the office alongside Holly, learning early what it meant to build relationships, work hard, and serve clients well. She also saw firsthand the flexibility real estate provided, allowing Holly to prioritize family while still maintaining a successful business. While Morgan originally thought she’d pursue a different career path, her upbringing shaped her perspective, and in 2023, she chose to officially join the family business as the fourth generation in real estate.

Together, we represent both tradition and innovation. Holly brings decades of experience, community connections, and market knowledge, while Morgan brings a fresh perspective and modern approach, having grown up in the digital age of real estate. Our shared mission is the same: to serve our clients with integrity, compassion, and excellence while carrying forward the legacy that began long before us.

Community involvement has always been a cornerstone of our family. Holly has been active in Rotary International for many years, while Morgan has been deeply involved with Streetside Showers, serving the homeless population in North Texas. Both of us share a passion for giving back through Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Habitat for Humanity, The Samaritan Inn, the Collin County Animal Shelter, and many other local causes.

At its heart, our story is about family, legacy, and community values we live by daily and hope to pass on to the families we serve for years to come.
