Real estate has been part of our family for generations. It started with Morgan’s great-grandfather, who worked in real estate in an unofficial capacity before the modern industry even looked the way it does today. That foundation carried into the next generation, when Holly’s parents began their careers in the 1960s.

Holly joined them in 1989 — originally as a “temporary” receptionist who quickly became a lifelong career.
Over 35+ years, she’s built a reputation as a trusted North Texas Realtor known for relationships, consistency, and deep community roots.

For Holly, real estate has never just been about homes.
It’s always been about people — helping families through major life transitions, often across multiple generations.

Her father, Earl, was part of the early days of the MLS and holds listing numbers 1 and 2 — a reflection of the very beginning of organized real estate in this market and the era Holly grew up working within.

Morgan grew up right in the middle of it.
From childhood, she spent time in the office alongside Holly, learning what it looks like to serve clients well and build a business rooted in relationships. She also saw firsthand the flexibility it created and the way it kept family at the center of everything. In 2023, after originally planning a different path, she officially joined the business as the fourth generation in real estate.

Holly brings decades of local knowledge, relationships, and market experience. Morgan brings a modern, hands-on approach shaped by growing up in today’s digital market. Together, we’re focused on serving clients with clarity, care, and consistency while continuing a legacy built over generations.
