The Milstead Team is four generations of real estate, starting with Morgan’s great-grandfather and continuing today with Holly and Morgan.

Real estate has been part of our lives for as long as we can remember — something we both grew up around, learned inside of, and eventually built our careers in. It shows up in everything from how we think about homes to how we serve people.

Together, we bring 40+ years of combined experience in the North Texas market, along with two different perspectives that complement each other — one rooted in deep local history and long-term relationships, and the other focused on today’s market, strategy, and client experience.
