Meet Holly Milstead, the lead Realtor on The Milstead Team. Holly’s Real Estate career began in 1989 when she joined her parents in the family business. She has remained a top producer yearly since then. That same year, the Milstead family purchased a Coldwell Banker franchise and became Coldwell Banker Milstead Real Estate. After 10 years with Coldwell Banker, the decision was made to join a very innovative Keller Williams Realty.

Holly’s reputation for family values and genuine concern for each and every client has earned her the trust and support of not only her clients but also her peers. Education is a top priority for Holly. She has earned the following designations:

Meet Lena Milstead CRS. GRI, Broker Associate

Meet Lena Milstead, with over 30 years of experience in real estate and 15 years in banking, Lena brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. As a lifetime resident of Collin County, Lena has weathered all types of financial markets. She and her husband, Earl, are the founding partners of The Milstead Team and have continued to grow the business through booming and tough times. Throughout her career, Lena has worked as onsite sales representative for custom builders and also owned her own real estate company. The Milstead Team made a move in 2001 to join Keller Williams Realty where they have been recognized numerous times for being one of the top Real Estate Teams at Keller Williams.

Lena holds a bachelor’s degree from North Texas State University and Certificate in Banking from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. She has also earned the following real estate certifications:

Meet Earl Milstead GRI, SRA, SRWA

Meet Earl Milstead. He attended Texas Christian University and Southern Methodist University where he earned a Certificate in Real Estate. He obtained his Texas Brokers License soon after graduation. Earl began his real estate career as an Appraiser and has been influential in many of the projects you have come to know around the area including highway and reservoir acquisitions. Earl has been an owner of a real estate and appraisal company or real estate team since 1960. He has been a constant source of information for real estate. He is experienced in the appraisal of real properties, including residential, commercial, industrial and farm and ranch properties.

Meet Debbie Castleberry CCPS, CRMS

Meet Debbie Castleberry. Debbie began her real estate career in 1980 at the Collin County Multiple Listing Service where she worked for 13 years. In 1995, she became a Licensed Realtor and began listing and selling properties. In 2003 she joined The Milstead Team as an Administrative Assistant/Realtor and has been a key part of the team since. Her beginning role on the team was to manage distressed properties as well as handling the closing coordination. Her duties included everything from listing and pricing to maintenance and finally all the way through the closing process. Debbie is currently working as a buyer’s agent as well as listing/closing coordinator. We couldn’t be happier with her ability to assist clients in choosing the perfect home and coordinating the closing smoothly.

With her Real Estate Certificate from Collin County Community College and the immense amount of knowledge and experience she brings to the team Debbie creates a balance and steadiness necessary for the diversity that The Milstead Team offers. She also has the following designations:

Debbie and her husband Gary are lifetime residents of Collin County where Gary has built a name for himself as a Premier Builder for Dave R Williams Homes in Prosper. Debbie brings to the team, a vast knowledge of the new home builder industry. From her know of construction to contracts, Debbie’s experience is vast. Debbie and Gary have 2 children, Tanner and Kimberly. Tanner a 2004 Graduate of Prosper High School, he is married to Holly (Johnson) owns his own Landscaping Company in the Prosper area. Kimberly is a 2009 Graduate of Prosper High School and a 2013 Graduate of Texas Christian University, with a degree in Middle School Education. Kimberly is an 8th grade Math Teacher & Coach at Fort Worth ISD and is married to Joshua Patterson, they have a son Jett. In her spare time other than being a Grandma to Jett, She enjoys watching TCU football & soccer. She also enjoys traveling & hunting.
