Kim is a native Texan born and raised in McKinney. She loves spending quality time with her husband Craig and their teenage daughter and adult son.
As a life-long Collin County resident, Kim has witnessed the transformations and growth of the area including the award-winning historic downtown McKinney and the ever-flourishing Collin County real estate market. Her lifelong involvement and upbringing in the North Texas area lend itself to special insights into the area’s distinctive and varied real estate offerings.
She started her real estate career as an office administrator in 1995 and significantly contributed to the success of her current association with The Milstead Team as a Transaction Coordinator, Buyer Specialist, Listing Specialist, Team Administrator, Marketing and Administrative Manager. Kim first earned her real estate license in 1998.
